PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual information detecting apparatus which can correspond to the multi encoding of ID information by suppressing the attenuation of a reflection signal from a relector, set code row easily, and miniaturize a responder while reducing the load in manufacturing and management. SOLUTION: The relector of each step of the relector rows 63, 64 formed in parallel to a transmission/ reception electrode 62 is composed of a pair of comb-shaped double electrodes. The occupancy area of constituting elements of the relector component to the surface of a piezo-electric substrate 61 is reduced by forming the electrode of one side on a common lead wire G. The electrode of the other side of the relector is connected to the common lead wire G through selectors 63SA-63SC, 64SA-64SC capable of selecting a short-circuit or an opening state.
