PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for displaying the temperature of a container by which the risk of suffering burns is prevented and cooking is performed without a failure by displaying the temperature directly on the containers in particular as for the method and device for displaying the temperature of the containers having a magnetic body to be used for an electromagnetic induction heating system, and to provide a device for displaying the temperature. SOLUTION: A reversible thermosensitive paint 2 is applied to a stainless pot 1. When the pot 1 is heated, the color of the reversible thermosensitive paint 2 applied to the pot 1 is changed so that the heating state of the pot 1 can easily be watched from the outside.
