PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily understand the state of the body (the degree of fatigue or the like) of a person who is exercising, especially, to make the person who is exercising grasp the state of the body during the exercise by himself, and to make it possible for people surrounding him to recognize the state of the body of the person who is exercising even from a distance. SOLUTION: Shoes 1 having a measuring function are provided with a light emitting means 2 which emits light to the external environment, and a shaft 3 for a measurement for detecting a pressure which is applied to the sole of the foot, or the movement of the foot. The degree of fatigue of a wearer is judged based on the detection result using the shaft for the measurement. Configurations for the light emission in the light emitting means are controlled based on the judgement result, and the degree of fatigue of the wearer is displayed by the configuration of the light emission.
