<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting components in a liquid food product efficiently eliminating or reducing specific components in the liquid food product even when the food product contains solids. <P>SOLUTION: This device (1, 1A, 1B, 1C, and 1D) for adjusting components in the liquid food product comprises at least liquid food storing members (1a, 1b), component adjusting members (4, 4a, 4b) where an absorbent 3 capable of eliminating or reducing specific components in the liquid food product, and absorption members (5, 5a) capable of retaining a solution in the liquid food product.
