<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertically-pleated paper-made container of which the shape can be ensured strictly. <P>SOLUTION: The circumference edge 5A of the opening of the vertically-pleated paper-made container 5, in which the container body 4 is formed so as to have a series of waves in cross-section, is uniformly spread outward and a lateral flange 4A and a vertical flange 4B continuous with the lateral flange 4A are integrally formed around the top of the container body 4 and the upper part of the vertical flange B is uniformly folded outward and downward in a round shape to form a curled edge 4c and the curled edge is uniformly folded downward from the inner contour to form a curled outer flange F.
