<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost by using a cheap material used for a motor for a fuel pump. <P>SOLUTION: A lid member 21 of the fuel tank 1 is provided with a motor storing partition wall 22 whose inside is isolated by sealing oil-tightly to fuel in the fuel tank 1, and the motor 25 of the fuel pump 24 is stored in the motor storing partition wall 22. This enables the prevention of the motor 25 for the fuel pump 24 from coming in contact with by isolating from the fuel in the fuel tank 1. As a result, a wear debris produced in the motor 25 is not mixed in the fuel so that a fuel filter 4, etc. can be set low in capacity and performance.
