CONTROL METHOD FOR UTILITY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for utility systems capable of rapidly controlling the utility systems following variations in operating conditions with a simple computer system.

SOLUTION: A model is formed for each of the utility systems. A control point being a control object is set for each of the utility systems. It is determined whether the operating condition is possible to change for the utility systems in a first cycle based on the collected operation data. Variables in the model are changed for optimum calculation for each of the utility systems which is determined as the change of the operating condition being possible. A first control point and a second control point are selected among the control points according to a preset procedure. A control command is outputted based on the result of the optimum calculation to the first control point and the second control point. The control command is outputted so as to absorb the variations in the operating condition at a second cycle set in the first cycle for the second control point.
