PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase correcting circuit capable of equally adjusting the phases of first and second signals of the same frequencies even if a constitution element is replaced and so on. SOLUTION: This phase correcting circuit equalizes the phase of a first signal passed through up to a buffer circuit 14 from an antenna 11 as a first signal path and the phase of a second signal passed through an antenna 21 as a second signal path and an input circuit 22 at input terminals RF and Lo of a mixer 15, namely, maximizes a voltage at an output terminal 17. A one-chip microcomputer 32 initially outputs digital data in a specified range corresponding to an adjusting voltage G in order and supplies it to a phase shifter 13 through a D/A converter 33 to receive the voltage of an LPF 16 through an A/D converter 31. In this case, the one-chip microcomputer 32 stores outputted digital data and inputted digital data while making them correspond to each other and holds thereafter the output data corresponding to the maximum value among them.
