PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion sheet in an extremely advantages industrial way, which is superior in impact strength and in light diffusion property and balance in physical properties, of which contamination is little when the sheet is fabricated. SOLUTION: In the light diffusion sheet, a resin composition containing a copolymer having the main components of a stylene monomer unit and a (meth) acrylic ester monomer unit, glass beads, and crosslinked resin beads is made as an intermediate layer of a multilayer sheet, and the copolymer not including the glass beads or the crosslinked resin beads and having the main components of the stylene monomer unit and the (meth) acrylic ester monomer unit is made as the surface layer and the rear surface layer.
