PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent thrust needle roller bearing allowing an increase in durability of a cage, a reduction in cost and weight thereof, and an increase in passing capability of lubricating oil. SOLUTION: This thrust needle roller bearing 20 is formed such that a plurality of needle rollers 23 are rollably disposed between a race ring 21 with outer diameter flange and a race ring 22 with inner diameter flange opposed to each other in the direction of a rotating shaft S in the circumferential direction through the cage 24. The cage 24 is formed of one sheet of annular plate, the outer peripheral end portion 29 of the cage 24 is guided by the raceway surface of the corresponding outer diameter flange 26, and the inner peripheral end portion 31 is guided by the anti-raceway surface of the corresponding inner diameter flange 28.
