PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a fixing bracket by using a punched hole of a free-access floor when equipment is to be installed in a clean room. SOLUTION: This fixing bracket is equipped with a column base fixing plate 3 for fixing a column base part 8 of the equipment by pressing it against the free-access floor 1, a holding plate 4 which is freely placed on the plate 3, U-shaped hooks 6 which make hook-shaped tip parts hooked into the punched holes 2 through a pair of parallel loose holes 5, which are drilled in the plate 3, in such a manner as to straddle the holding plate 4, and bolts 7 which are screwed into the screw holes of the holding plate 4 so as to make the holding plate 4 go up and down. The rotation of the bolts 7 makes the holding plate 4 ascend so as to pull up the hooks 6, and the hooks 6 are locked to the punched holes 2 of the floor 1. Concurrently with that, the plate 3 is fastened by being pressed against the floor 1 by lower ends of the bolts 7, so that the equipment can be fixed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
