PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopping device of a hook bar capable of preventing the hook bar from slipping off a hook and making it convenient to use. SOLUTION: The stopping device 30 of the hook bar supported by hanging down the hook bar 20 providing the hook 20a bent in an L-shape to the front end includes a mounting plate section 32 to a wall surface or the like, a hook section 34 provided to the mounting plate section 32 in order to latch the hook 20a parallel to the mounting plate section 32 and stopper sections 36a and 36b combined with the mounting plate section 32 and provided sideways of at least one side of the hook section 34 in order to prevent the hook 20a from slipping off the hook section 34 by abutting the outside of a bent part of the hook 20a when the hook 20a is interlocked with the hook section 34.
