PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track vicinity paving method for facilitating positioning or the like in new construction work of a connected track or the like. SOLUTION: In this track vicinity paving method for constituting a road surface by installing a paving plate 1 in the vicinity of the track, the paving plate 1 is provided with a channel-like rail storage recessed part 1b or the like, and a gutter-like member 3 formed of gutter-like steel and having a first space part S1 or the like cut off at sidewall plate parts on both sides is enclosed in the rail storage recessed part 1b or the like in the state of a horizontal plate part being placed at the lowermost part. One end of the gutter-like member 3 is projected in a tenon shape and fixed. The gutter-like member 3 is thereby tenon-fitted to the existing paving plate 1 to sequentially install new paving plates.
