PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural rubber latex subjected to a suitable enzymic treatment for a nonrubber component in aspects of rubber characteristics and to provide natural rubber, sufficiently maintaining physical properties such as developing/promoting effects on elongational crystallinity, antiaging effects or vulcanization promoting effects and having excellent low loss properties without lowering abrasion resistance, a method for producing the natural rubber and the rubber compsition and a tire using the natural rubber. SOLUTION: The natural rubber latex is obtained by degrading a sugar and subjected to the enzymic treatment with especially an amylase. The natural rubber is prepared from the natural rubber latex.
