PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflecting surface having a good shape precision and a uniform high reflectivity because the surface undulation of a reinforced resin layer due to the difference of the coefficient of expansion between the reinforcing filler constituting the reinforced resin layer is absorbed by the resin layer and the surface of the resin layer, that is, the reflecting surface thereof is held to a mirror surface. SOLUTION: This resin reflecting mirror 1 is equipped with at least a vapor deposition film 5 wherein a vapor deposition film layer 7 being a mirror surface-like reflecting surface is formed on the surface of the resin layer 6 and a laminated structure wherein the reinforced resin layer 2 is laminated on the rear surface of the resin layer 6 constituting the vapor deposition film 5, and manufactured by a process for bonding the vapor deposition film 5 and the reinforced resin layer 2 under heating and pressure while transferring the shape of the mirror surface-like transfer surface of a mold. The thickness of the resin layer 6 is 1/2 or more the maximum diameter and length of the reinforcing filler 4 added to the reinforced resin layer 2 and not more than 500μm.
