<p>An OFDM transmission apparatus for transmitting transmission signals output from a first and a second OFDM transmission circuit by utilizing two polarized waves orthogonally intersecting each other. A carrier generator is provided to be shared by the OFDM transmission circuits. A frequency converter in each of the OFDM transmission circuits multiplies the base band signal by a common carrier output from the carrier generator and converts it into a radio signal.</p>
