A diagnosis device presents to a patient a deteriorated noise-mixed audio signal obtained by dividing at least a part of an audio signal into a single or a plurality of band signals and mixing a noise. The content of response recognized by the patient and the stimulus presented are analyzed and the patient symptom is diagnosed according to the analysis result. Thus, it is possible to perform diagnosis such as a judgment of disease condition of the patient and estimation of a lesion location.
