<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which can elongate the life by reducing the irregular rotation caused by abrased powder. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 6 is rotated around a specified rotating shaft by a chip member abutting on it, has a spiral groove H1 at the surface that the chip member abuts on, and can reduce the irregular rotation caused by abrased powder by catching in the spiral groove H1, and the abrased powder which is produced by the chip member and the rotor 6 contacting witch each other by friction, and also can elongate the life of the actuator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
