<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forest, herb and spice ion generator. <P>SOLUTION: A high voltage is applied to a part or all of a tree, plants or spicy body which are ion emitters, and an ion generating force by electricity is superposed on an intrinsic ion generating force.
