RUBBER TUBE MOUNTING METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber tube mounting method capable of simply mounting a rubber tube on a shaft member reasonably for a short time. SOLUTION: In the rubber tube mounting method for mounting a short cylindrical rubber tube 2 on the shaft member 1 while expanding the diameter thereof, a taper guide shaft 3 is arranged to one end part 1a of the shaft member 1 coaxially and the rubber tube 2 is externally fitted to the fine shaft part 4 of the taper guide shaft 3 and an air nozzle 6 is advanced while a flowing air layer between the taper guide shaft 3 and the rubber tube 2 is formed by the air nozzle 6 to be moved toward the shaft member 1 through the thick shaft part 5 of the taper guide shaft 3 to be mounted on the shaft member 1.
