PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily provide a false-twisted bulky yarn having a large surface area by false-twisting a yarn of a PTFE-based fiber bundle; and to provide a sheet material capable of providing a sheet having improved easily slipping properties and resistance to frictional electrification, and matching with a toner of fine particles for a color copy. SOLUTION: The false-twisted bulky yarn is constituted of the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based fiber bundle, and the number of false-twisted crimps of the fiber constituting the fiber bundle satisfies the formula: [the number (/20cm) of the crimps]≥30.
