PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a zoom lens barrel having a focus operation ring and a zoom operation ring supported in a fixed barrel fixed in a camera body so that they can be operated to be rotated independently; a focus cam barrel turning together with the focus operation ring and turning to move a focus lens group forward and backward in an optical axis direction; and a zoom cam barrel turning together with the zoom operation ring and turning to move a variable power lens group forward and backward in the optical axis direction; and capable of regulating the positions of the focus cam barrel and the zoom cam barrel in the optical axis direction by the use of a single pressing ring, and besides preventing two cam barrels from abutting on each other. SOLUTION: A large diameter part for rotatably supporting either cam barrel, a small diameter part for rotatably supporting the other cam barrel and a middle diameter part positioned between the large diameter part and the small diameter part are formed on the fixed barrel, and the pressing ring for regulating the positions of both two cam barrels in the optical axis direction is supported on the middle diameter part.
