PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat radiation characteristics of a heatsink, by making the air flow smooth between the fins. SOLUTION: The heat sink is provided, with many fins 3 on one surface of a flat plate base part 2 and with intervals and fitted with a heat diffusion plate 4 for diffusing and conducting heat to a base part 2 on the other surface of the base part 3, and a heat-generating member 11 is brought into contact with the heat diffusion plate 4, to conduct the heat.
