摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measuring instrument which can stably measure the oxidation-reduction current (electrolytic current) of a polarograph system or a galvanic cell system or an oxidation-reduction potential (the potential of a detection pole) even if the concentration of a component to be measured is high or a large amount of impurities adsorbed on the detection pole are contained in a sample liquid and prevents the support of the detection pole from being ground to a necessary degree or more, and a concentration measuring method. SOLUTION: The concentration measuring instrument is constituted so that the detection pole 2 is inserted in the sample liquid S to measure the electrolytic current or detection pole potential corresponding to the concentration of the component to be measured in the sample liquid S, and it is characterised in that the detection pole 2 is provided to the lower end surface of the rotated or vibrated support 1 and is equipped with a washing body 6 for pressing the detection pole 2 by the energizing force of a compression elastomer 7.
