PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rear end needle tip or a connecting land from being worn or damaged when a probe block is replaced while the probe block is easily attached to and removed from a support base. SOLUTION: A probe is arranged in the probe block. The probe block is provided on its upper side with either a protrusion region extended forward and backward or a groove region vertically extended for receiving the protrusion region and either one protrusion part or more or a recession part for receiving the protrusion part. A support block to which the probe block is mounted is provided on its lower side with the others among the protrusion region, the groove region, the protrusion part, and the recession part.
