PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact power window motor continuing rotation on a driven shaft side. SOLUTION: In the motor, an armature shaft is divided and formed into a driving shaft and a driven shaft, wherein a clutch for continuing rotation on the driven shaft side is interposed between the driving shaft and the driven shaft. The clutch is composed of a clutch case, a mobile unit accommodated in a recess in an inner peripheral surface of the clutch case, a drive rotor connected to the drive shaft and provided with a scratching part for scratching the mobile unit from a protrusion accommodated in a recess of the clutch case and with the recess, a driven rotor connected to the driven shaft and provided with a recess for accommodating the mobile unit, and a return spring interposed between the drive rotor and the driven rotor to bias the protrusion of the drive rotor, the recess of the driven rotor and the recess of the clutch case to return them to the aligned neutral position. In the motor, a clutch is freely detachably/attachably assembled in a motor case freely rotatably supporting the drive shaft while a rotation amount control means for controlling rotation amount of the driven shaft rotated by external force input in an output shaft or restoring force of a damper is provided.
