PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finisher position adjusting mechanism for freely adjusting an angle and the length according to various car body shapes in a finisher part. SOLUTION: This finisher position adjusting mechanism is interposed between a muffler body and a finisher, and constitutes a part of a tail pipe extending from the muffler body, and is composed of a first adapter having a first connecting part on one end, a second adapter connected to the finisher and having a second connecting part on one end and an intermediate adapter having on both side a third connecting part rotatably connected to the first connecting part and a fourth connecting part rotatably connected to the second connecting part. The finisher has a connecting pipe part connected to the second adapter in one end part, and has in the other end part an exhaust pipe part connected to the connecting pipe part and an extension pipe part slidably arranged in the exhaust pipe part.
