PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability by preventing printing failures due to curing failures in an inkjet recording device which uses a photo-curing ink, and also to make the device compact and reduce manufacturing costs of the device by turning a cationic polymerization system ink of a high curing sensitivity which is set by a light source of a relatively low output to practical use. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device consists of light sources 2 for generating light to cure the ink discharged from an inkjet head 1 and adhered to a recording medium, a quantity of light measuring sensor 3 for measuring a quantity of light of the light source 2, and a light source control means 4 for controlling the quantity of light of the light source 2 in accordance with the measured result of the quantity of light measuring sensor 3. For preventing defective measurement by the quantity of light measuring sensor 3, a replaceable cover 7 which prevents adhesion of stain to a light receiving face of the measuring sensor 3 is set by a transparent plate, a film, a windable sheet or the like. Moreover, a light source scanning means and a scanning means for the measuring sensor 3 are set, thereby enabling measurement of the quantity of light of many light sources by the measuring sensors 3 of a small number.
