PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems with a titanium material in which a colored oxide film is generated by an electrochemical surface treatment or a thermal treatment, such as the inability to be used for an accessory because a contact with the skin or clothing causes a separation of a color from the surface of the titanium material when the titanium material is to be used for an accessory. SOLUTION: The titanium material can be used for an accessory part suited for an accessory, the recess of which has a beautiful colored appearance and retains the color intact by being treated by a conventional electrochemical surface treatment or a thermal treatment after obtaining a specular recess on the surface of the titanium material by using an inverted pyramidal diamond or a precious stone.
