PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary frying apparatus with which a cook can easily fry foodstuff without damaging his/her health and the foodstuff can be loosened well in the middle of frying work to obtain more delicious fried food. SOLUTION: The rotary frying apparatus 1 consists of: a bowl-formed frying pan 3; a heat source device 4 for heating this frying pan 3 from below; a supporting mechanism 5 installing this frying pan 3 tilted toward the heat source apparatus 4; a drive 6 which rotates this frying pan 3; and a controller 2 intermittently driving this drive 6.
