VALVE ELEMENT FOR SOLENOID VALVE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase durability and reliability and reduce production man-hours for a valve element. SOLUTION: This valve element 1 for solenoid valve comprises a valve part 2b operated by the suction force of a solenoid and opening/closing a valve seat 2b. A body part 2 having the valve part 2b is formed of a metallic glass as a material. An armature 3 as a core is formed of a magnetic material. The valve part 2b and the armature 3 are formed integrally with each other by precision casting. By casting the metallic glass as a material while pressing with the armature 3 of the magnetic material used as a core, the body part 2 having the valve part 2 can be formed integrally with the armature 3.
