PURPOSE: Provided are a pharmaceutical composition for antiangiogenesis containing N-(substituted-phenyl)-O-phenylthionorcarbamate derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The composition is useful for prevention and treatment of various kinds of diseases associated with angiogenesis. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for antiangiogenesis is characterized by containing N-(substituted-phenyl)-O-phenylthionorcarbamate derivatives represented by the formula, wherein R is selected from 4-COCH3, 4-CF3, 4-CH3, 4-OCH3, 4-Cl, 4-Br, 4-F, 3-COCH3, 3-CF3, 3-OH, 3-CH3, 3-Cl, 3-Br, 3-F, 2-CN, 2-CF3 and 2-OH or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
