PAD STRUCTURE OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A pad structure of an LCD device is provided to form a test-only pad on a panel outer side of an LCD device, and to efficiently carry out an array test and a cell test, thereby remarkably improving an inferior leakage problem caused by a collective driving of data lines. CONSTITUTION: Pad portion lines are extended in an outer portion of an LCD panel where a gate pad(10) and a data pad(20) are formed. A test probe pin contact(40) is connected to the pad portion lines that are extended, respectively. Another test-only pad configures the pad portion lines and the test probe pin contact(40). A predetermined signal is applied to the gate pad(10) and the data pad(20) through the test-only pad, to test the gate pad(10) and the data pad(20). A common line signal applier is formed in the test-only pad to bind common lines(14) of an array side.
