PURPOSE: An opening and shutting structure of a door of a gas oven is provided to improve safety, use of space, and convenience of the gas oven by installing a door-opening and shutting device. CONSTITUTION: An opening and shutting structure of a door of a gas oven has a door-opening and shutting device for slidably opening and shutting doors(250,350) of a grille part(200) and an oven part(300) toward the side of a body. The door-opening and shutting device comprises a door-side guide rail(351) installed to the inner upper part and lower part of the doors of the grille part and the oven part, with length in the horizontal direction; a body-side guide rail(355) installed to the front of the body correspondingly to the door-side guide rail, with length in the horizontal direction; a door-side roller(353) rotatably fixed to a side of the door-side guide rail; and a body-side roller(357) rotatably fixed to a side of the body-side guide rail. The door-side guide rail comprises a bent top surface and side surfaces. The body-side guide rail comprises a bent top surface and side surfaces, and a bottom surface. The door-side roller rotatably moves along the body-side guide rail by coming in contact with the top and bottom surfaces of the body-side guide rail as the doors of the griller part and the oven part are opened and shut. The body-side roller guides the door-side guide rail while supporting the door-side guide rail as the doors of the griller part and the oven part are opened and shut.
