PURPOSE: A method for automatically controlling alarm output in a mobile communication system is provided to automatically suppress or release output of an alarm message of a system, thereby easily processing the alarm message and smoothly grasping a state of the system. CONSTITUTION: A control station or a base station generates an alarm(S11). An alarm processing block judges a state of a current suppression flag(S12). If the current suppression flag is in a cancel state, the alarm processing block increases an alarm count by 1(S13). The alarm processing block judges whether the alarm count is more than a set suppress count(S14). If so, the alarm processing block changes the state of the suppression flag into a suppression state and outputs a suppression state change message to an operator(S15). If the suppression flag is in a suppression state, the alarm processing block increases the alarm count by 1(S16). If the suppression flag is in a stop state, the alarm processing block executes the alarm processing and outputs an alarm processing message to the operator(S17). If the alarm count is less than the set suppress count, the alarm processing block executes the alarm processing(S18).
