PURPOSE: A floor tile assembly is provided to have excellent assembly efficiency and durability and to execute installation easily and quickly. CONSTITUTION: The floor tile assembly contains a base plate, a tile member(25) attached on the base plate and provided with many coupling holes, and a fixture(35) installed on the base plate, and fixed to the coupling hole of the tile member(25) to fix the tile member(25) to the top of the base plate. The fixture(35) and the base plate are formed in one by using synthetic resins, an adhesive injection hole(45) is formed in the center of the fixture(35) and penetrated downward, many adhesive outlet holes(50) are formed around the adhesive injection hole(45), and the fixture(35) is fixed to the coupling hole of the tile member(25) by adhesive leaked to the outside through the adhesive outlet hole(50).
