PURPOSE: A cooling fan for a vehicle is provided to make most of air equally spread over the whole area of a heat exchanger to the center portion without passing through the outer block of the heat exchanger, when a cooling fan rotates and to improve the cooling performance of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A cooling fan for a vehicle comprises a hub part(11) connecting a shaft of a motor, plural vane pats(12) radially extended from the hub part, and a band part(13) connecting the ends of vanes. A vane center line(SL) of the vane parts between a vane start point(P2) of the outer peripheral surface of the hub part and a vane finish point(P4) coming in contact with the ban part has conversion points(P3a,P3b) two times around a vane reference line(CL).
