LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display panel, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent electro-chemical corrosion by moisture or a contaminant from percolating into a space between a pixel electrode and a black matrix. CONSTITUTION: A seal pattern is formed in association with an outline of an image display part of a first substrate(410) and a second substrate for joining the first substrate and the second substrate with each other. A plurality of line-on-glass wires(411) are formed at a corner area of the first substrate. A multi-layered intermediate film is formed on the first substrate, having a plurality of adhesive holes formed in association with an area where the seal pattern passes. A plurality of transparent electrodes(460) are formed on the intermediate film to be overlapped with the line-on-glass wires, wherein the transparent electrodes are patterned not to be extended to an outline of the seal pattern.
