PURPOSE: A noise preventing block for a rail is provided to prevent the noise pollution around a railway by minimizing the noise caused by vehicles on a railway. CONSTITUTION: The noise preventing block(200) for a rail installed on the lower part of a rail comprises the steps of forming a noise absorber in a section where a rail(300) is installed, forming a setting groove on a box-shaped section and installing an impact absorbing rubber(203), forming fastening bolts(204) on both upper parts of the impact absorbing rubber(203) and fixing the rail(300) by using a rail fixture(205) and a nut.
