PURPOSE: An air compressor capable of lowering the temperature of discharge air is provided to make compressed air cooled to the utmost by making a piston of an air compressor cooled by oil and making the oil and compressed air indirectly exchanged with heat through the top of the piston. CONSTITUTION: In an air compressor capable of lowering the temperature of discharge air, a crankshaft(30) rotating by receiving power is built in a crank case(20) and a piston(10) connected to a connecting rod(50) assembled to the crankshaft is built in a cylinder(40). The piston compresses and discharges sucked air while reciprocating up and down. A cylinder head(70) is installed to the upper side of the cylinder. An oil jacket(11) in which oil(100) circulates is formed inside the piston. An oil inlet(12) and an oil outlet(13), communicating with the crank case, are formed to the lower sides of the oil jacket. An oil jet(90) for jetting oil to the oil inlet is installed to the crank case.
