PURPOSE: An automatic tape dispenser is provided to withdraw a certain length of the tape automatically, thereby simplifying working process and improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A fixing portion(10) having a U-shaped cross section and a rotating portion(20) having a reverse U-shaped cross section are provided. A tape cutting portion(13) is installed in one end of the fixing portion. A passage hole is formed in upper surface of the rotating portion. A pinch roller is installed in the fixing portion contacting a tape transferring roller. A guide roller is provided in inner middle part of the fixing portion to guide the tape. A driving member is installed between the fixing portion and the rotating portion.
