PURPOSE: A construction method for floor sound insulation materials is provided to intercept interlayer noise and vibration of an apartment house and a general building. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for floor sound insulation materials comprises the steps of: scattering sound insulation materials mixed with waste tires and chemical adhesives on a slab; spreading the sound insulation materials on the slab evenly using a rake; leveling up the sound insulation materials evenly using a trowel; treading down the sound insulation materials using a step plate attached with shoes; and covering up the sound insulation materials using vinyl.
