PURPOSE: A method removing for harmful factors generated from a building by attaching a panel formed to interpose a fragrant member and a deodorant member for removing a toxin and guiding a deep sleep in a wall of a building is provided to clean up harmful factors emitted from a building, and to use a panel permanently by replacing insertion members in order. CONSTITUTION: The method removing harmful factors generated from a building by attaching a panel formed to interpose a fragrant member and a deodorant member for removing a toxin and guiding a deep sleep in a wall of a building comprises the steps of attaching a panel(2) having through holes(1) to a wall of a building using a double-sided tape, interposing insertion members to a hanger(4) formed in the panel(2) and closing up a cover(3) of the panel(2) having the through holes(1).
