PURPOSE: A pump dispenser is provided that intrusion of a different thing through a chaplet and a shaft is prevented and press of a head before a usage of the goods is protected. CONSTITUTION: The dispenser comprises: a cap(108), on which the housing(106) penetrates through, to cover the opening part of the container with a flange(106b) located between the top of the housing and the opening part of the container; a chaplet(102) in the form of a cylinder which is inserted between the housing(106) and the shaft(103), fixed to the top of the housing and has a plurality of ribs protruded at the top of a penetrating hole; and a stopper cap(120) provided at the center of a penetrating hole(120) where the shaft(103) penetrates through and having a tightening part extended toward the top of the penetrating hole(120).
