CONCRETE INPUT DEVICE FOR MOLDING A CONCRETE SLEEPER

PURPOSE: A concrete input device for molding a concrete sleeper is provided to input the concrete and to manufacture the concrete sleeper more easily by simultaneously inputting the concrete into two molds according to the metal mold. CONSTITUTION: The concrete input device for molding a concrete sleeper includes; a bogie(10) rolling-moving on the rail installed in the longitudinal direction on both upper parts of the metal mold; a main frame(20) being installed on the upper part of the bogie(10); a hopper(30) being fixed on the top side of the main frame and being input by concrete; a mixing part(40) in which a mixing wheel(42) is arranged in each mixing room(41) whose inside is separated into both sides by the bulkhead in the lower part of the hopper(30); a driving unit(50) being fixed on the one side of the main frame(20) to be driven in a connected manner with each mixing wheel(42) of the mixing part(40); and an input controlling unit(60) consisting of the door for opening and closing the mixing room(41) of both side of the mixing part(40) respectively and the operating device for operating the door.
