PREPARATION METHOD OF SINTERED CERAMICS HAVING COMPLEX SHAPE

PURPOSE: A preparation method of a sintered ceramics having a complex shape is provided not to use a very expensive mold and to obtain a dense sintered product after sintering. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the sintered ceramics having a complex shape comprises the steps of: cutting a ceramic tape or sheet(2), laminating at a room temperature to 100 deg.C, to form it, heating the ceramic forming(1) to remove an organic material, seal coating a surface of the ceramic forming(1) with a liquid rubber, cold-isostatically forming the coated forming and then sintering. The method comprises cutting the ceramic tape or sheet using a 3-dimensional model according to a cross section and laminating in order.
