PURPOSE: A composition for an anisotropic conductive film is provided to obtain high adhesive strength over a wide temperature range and an excellent reliance even at high temperature and high humidity. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 5-45 parts by weight of an epoxy resin; 5-40 parts by weight of an acrylated epoxy resin; 5-50 parts by weight of a radical polymerizable compound; 20-70 parts by weight of an acryl rubber; 0.5-20 parts by weight of a radical initiator; 0.5-20 parts by weight of an epoxy curing agent; 0.1-10 parts by weight of an amine group-containing phosphorus compound represented by the formula 1; and 1-30 parts by weight of a conductive particle, wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently H or an alkyl or aryl group of C1-C10; and R5 is an alkylene group of C1-C10 or a benzene ring. Preferably the acrylated epoxy resin is a bisphenol A-type, bisphenol F-type, phenol novolac-type or cresol novolac-type epoxy resin whose some epoxy groups are substituted with one kind of acrylate monomer selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylate, hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate, hydroxypropyl (meth)acrylate, propylene glycol (meth)acrylate, trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate and ethoxy trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate. |
