PURPOSE: A device for controlling a rotative cylinder PG angle of a VCR is provided to fix an upper cylinder and a ring color for fixing a drum motor PG angle on a shaft, and to form a tap hole in the shaft to couple the ring color with the shaft by a screw, thereby more firmly assembling the device. CONSTITUTION: A shaft(5) is injected into a lower cylinder(2). An upper cylinder(1) is rotatively installed on the shaft(5). The upper cylinder(1) is rotatively supported on the shaft(5) by a bearing(6). A rotative head(8) for recording or reproducing a signal on a tape is installed on the upper cylinder(1). A rotative motor(4) for rotating the upper cylinder(1) is coupled with the upper cylinder(1) by a coupling screw(13). A fixing motor(3) for rotating the rotative motor(4) is fixed to the shaft(5). A ring color(7) is used to maintain a preload of the bearing(6). The fixing motor(3) is coupled with the ring color(7) by a coupling screw(15). A fixing hole(7a) is formed in the ring color(7). A tap hole(5a) is formed in an upper section of the shaft(5). The coupling screw(15) is coupled with the tap hole(5a) through the fixing hole(7a).
