PURPOSE: A portable phone charging apparatus is provided to count steps of a user and charge a battery from the shaking motion of the user by using an electrical energy converted from the vibrating energy of a pedometer. CONSTITUTION: A portable phone charging apparatus comprises an induced current generating unit(110) for generating an induced current in a coil by the magnet vibrating in accordance with motion; a vibration sensing unit(120) for sensing the induced current and digitalizing the signal generated from the sensing operation; an MSM(130) for taking, as an input, the signal from the vibration sensing unit, removing noises from the signal, and extracting and displaying only a pure vibration signal; and a charging unit(140) for taking, as an input, the induced current, converting the induced current into a charging voltage, and charging a battery with the charging voltage.
