PURPOSE: An LCD panel is provided to form data lines in curved type if opening ratios of the first and second pixel electrodes adjacent to each other based on the data lines are different from each other, thereby controlling the opening ratios of the pixel electrodes. CONSTITUTION: The first to third TFTs(T1-T3) are formed in crossed sections of gate lines(GLk,GLk+1) and a data line(DLi). The first and second pixel electrodes(44,54) are connected to at least one of the first to third TFTs(T1-T3). A storage capacitor(SC) is located in an overlapped part between the first/second pixel electrodes(44,54) and a storage line(SL). The first TFT(T1) consists of a gate electrode(46) connected with the gate line(GLk), a source electrode(48) connected with the data line(DLi), and a drain electrode(50) connected with a source electrode(58) of the second TFT(T2).
